The Data Explorer allows you to display data of a custom time interval, enabling you to compare the data of multiple time intervals of the same data point. This can be useful to compare your production before and after a change.

1. Select a first data point and define the time interval displayed

In the Data Explorer module (accessible through the 'Digital Twin > Data Explorer' left menu), click the " + " button of the Data Points selection element.

On the 'Settings' tab, Select a Data Point, a DataType, and the time interval that you want to display. Click 'Save'.

In the Transform tab, select the chosen data point in the previous step where the data of the selected time interval will be displayed. Enable the 'Selected' option. Click 'Save'.

The data of the selected time interval of the data point is then displayed.

A 'clock' icon confirms that you are displaying past data. You can confirm the time interval displayed by hovering the mouse on the 'clock' icon.

2. Select a second data point and define the time interval displayed

Repeat the previous steps with a different time interval of the same data point.

The same data point is now listed two times in the Data Points selection element, with different time intervals.

3. Compare the data of two time intervals of the same data point

You can then visualize the same data point at different time intervals.

You can also hit the global visualization settings on the top menu, click the 'paintbrush' icon and disable 'Single Y Axis' for easier comparison.
