Instead of seeing data on a time axis, you can aggregate data by batch ID. You could for example use this method to check the average value during a production cycle (= one batch) instead of per second.

1. Define a sensor as the source of the Batch ID

Navigate to 'Digital Twin > Items > Data Points'.

Edit the data point you want to define as a batch data source and activate the 'Batch' option.

2. Link an existing sensor to a source of the Batch ID

Navigate to 'Digital Twin > Items > Data Points'.

Edit the data point that you want to be aggregated by Batch ID.

In the 'Batch Data Source', choose the source of the batch ID that you defined in the previous step.

3. Change the time interval of data to batch data in the Data Explorer

Navigate to 'Digital Twin > Data Explorer' and select a sensor with a Batch ID source.

A batch icon indicates which data points are linked to a Batch ID source.

Change the time interval of data to 'Batch'.
